The Shadow King By Jo Marchant

I found this  book simply fascinating, for while it is about Tutankhamun, Egypt’s Boy-King better known as King Tut, it doesn’t necessarily concern his ‘life’ or ‘death’ so much as his unusual afterlife, beginning when his tomb was discovered and opened for the first in a VERY long time! Jo (the author) points out a lot of interesting information and inconsistencies that  the public at large might not be aware about, seeing as plenty of stuff on Tut was published in Journals and magazines aimed more at other Scientists and not the general public. Definitely an eye-opener.
